REFUND POLICY
DIMNA is most definitely wants customer to be satisfied with their purchases made from us. To ensure you are 100 % happy with our shipment we individually inspect each shipment carefully. 
Within 7 days receiving the products if for any cause , you wish to return the product , we will accept the return request and refund the full amount without any addition charges.
After the expiry of 7 Day period, the purchase would be final and will not be eligible for return and refund.
DIMNA is known for quality and designs of its products
DIMNA will return and replace the products you have purchased will be free of cost.
The Refund policy is easy , hassle free.
Return and refund will not be accepted in case :-
1.Not received in good condition.
2.Is damage or defective.
3.What is delivered is different is what you ordered.
4. Any other valid reason.

We will need a full explanation of the reason for the return. Whether you require replacement or refund , attach a digital photo of the items to be returned with your email.
All the products must be return to our address Jamshedpur.
After the product received by us and their purchase verified then based on the conditions expressed in our return policy , we shall process a full refund or exchange as early as possible from the date of receipt of returned product .
Please Note, All exchange are subject to availability of stock . Jamscart is reserves the right to exchange or refund against returned products. The cost of shipping back the product to jamshedpur , India is to be paid by the customer.
Refund of payment charged to a purchaser's credit card will only be credited back to same credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order.
DIMNA will not be responsible for delay in refund being credited to the purchaser's credit card account , this will be managed by credit card issuing authority agency.
No Refund will be accepted in Following cases :-
1. Incorrect or Outdated delivery address.
2.Incorrect address format including P.O Box address.
3. Three times failed delivery attempt by our courier company.
4. Package refused by recipient.
